Returns
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used, unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Processing of Returns
If a return is approved, we will share instructions regarding the return process. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
